RECRUITMENT RULES AND CONDITIONS

Admission to the studies is determined by the submission of a complete set of documents to the Recruitment Department of the Podlasie Academy of Applied Sciences in Bialystok, within the specified recruitment deadline and by the order of candidates’ applications. Recruitment must be done in person (otherwise it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation) at the Academy or through online recruitment, after which, in order to be accepted, it is necessary to deliver the required documents in paper form to the Recruitment Department. This year’s secondary school graduates can submit their enrolment documents after they have received their secondary school certificate and matriculation certificate.

Required documents:

First-cycle studies and 5-year master’s degree studies:

• Application form (printed on both sides in  capitals)–Podanie (wydrukowane dwustronnie drukowane litery) (PDF 233KB)
• Photocopy of secondary school certificate (original for inspection)
• Photocopy of matriculation certificate (original for inspection)
• 1 ID photo (the applicant’s photo should meet the same requirements as the photo for the ID card)
• Photo CD in the format 236 x 295 pixels (jpg format file)
• Printout of a confirmation of payment to the University account: enrolment fee, first tuition fee instalment and payment for the ID card

Second-cycle studies

• Application (printed on both sides in block capitals)-Podanie (wydrukowane dwustronnie drukowane litery) (PDF 233KB)
• Photocopy of secondary school certificate (original for inspection)
• Photocopy of matriculation certificate (original for inspection)
• 1 ID photo (the applicant’s photo should meet the same requirements as the photo for the ID card)
• Photo CD in the format 236 x 295 pixels (jpg format file)
• printout of a confirmation of payment to the University account: enrolment fee, first tuition fee instalment and payment for the ID card

Postgraduate studies

• Application form (double-sided capital letters)–Podanie (wydrukowane dwustronnie drukowane litery) (PDF 261KB)
• Photocopy of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (part A and part B – supplement) – original for inspection
• 1 ID photo (the applicant’s photo should meet the same requirements as the photo for the ID card)
• printout of a confirmation of payment of the registration fee of PLN 200 to the Academy’s account
