We only accept candidates with THE COMPLETE SET OF DOCUMENTS
First-cycle and long-cycle studies a
- Application (printed on both sides; block letters)
- Photocopy of school certificate (original for reference)
- Photocopy of secondary school matura certificate (original for reference)
- 1 passport photo (the photo of the candidate should meet the same requirements as the photo for the identity card)
- CD with photo in 236 x 295 pixels format (jpg file)
- Confirmation of payment to the Academy’s account: registration fee, first instalment of tuition fees and student ID card fee
Second-cycle studies:
- Application (printed on both sides; block letters)
- Photocopy of first degree diploma: part A and B-supplement (original for reference)
- ID photo (the photo of the candidate should meet the same requirements as the photo for the ID card)
- CD with passport photo in 236 x 295 pixel format (jpg file)
- Confirmation of payment to the Academy’s account: of the registration fee, first instalment of tuition fees and student ID card fee
Postgraduate studies:
- Application (printed on both sides; block letters)
- Photocopy of bachelor’s or master’s degree (parts A and B of the supplement) – original for reference
- 1 passport photo (the photo of the candidate should meet the same requirements as the photo for the identity card)
- Confirmation of payment of the registration fee of 200 PLN to the Academy’s account
We only accept candidates with THE COMPLETE SET OF DOCUMENTS.
When applying forstudies, the applicant must have the confirmation of payment to the Academy’s account of:
- the registration fee
- the first instalment of the tuition fee and the fee for the student ID card

Refund of application fee
The applicant is entitled to a refund of the application fee upon request:
- if they do not enrol in the degree programme
- if the degree programme is not offered due to a lack of applicants
The decision on the refund of the application fee is made by the Chancellor upon a written petition signed by the applicant.
Students who pay for the entire academic year by 10 October will receive a discount of 200.00 PLN on their tuition fees.
